Assemble Grilled Cheese

Heat your pan over a medium heat.

Butter the top part of each piece of zucchini bread.

Place the bread on a pan, buttered side down.

Top each bread with the cheese.

Reduce your heat to medium-low and cook on both sides for 4 minutes until golden brown.

Enjoy.

Portobello Bun Cheeseburgers

Cooking time: 12 minutes

Calories per serving: 258 Kcal: Carbs 2.2g, fats 17g, proteins 22.8g.

Ingredients

 1 lb. grass fed beef, ground

 1 ½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce

 1 tsp salt, pepper

 1 tsp avocado oil

 6 de-stemmed portobello mushroom caps

 6 slices cheddar cheese

Instructions

Mix the ground beef, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.

Create 6 standard size burger patties.

Add avocado oil in a large pan and heat over medium heat. Stir in the mushrooms and cook for 4 minutes on either side and remove from heat.

Using the same pan, place your pressed patties and cook each side for 5 minutes or depending on how you love your beef cooked.

Place your cheddar cheese slices on top and cover for a minute.

Finish by placing one portobello mushroom cap on top, like a cheeseburger.

Repeat the same with the rest and you are ready to enjoy.
